As of October 7, 2026, the CBSE has not officially released the 2027 board examination timetable. The date sheet is expected to be published on the official CBSE website once the board finalises the examination schedule.
Students should rely on the official CBSE website for the confirmed Class 10 and Class 12 timetable rather than unofficial social media posts or circulating PDFs.
The CBSE has already started the List of Candidates (LOC) process for the 2027 examinations. Schools began submitting candidate details on September 24, 2026. The submission window without a late fee is scheduled to remain open until October 21, while submissions with a late fee are scheduled from October 22 to October 26.
CBSE Date Sheet 2027: When Will Class 10, 12 Timetable Be Released?

Recent reports also indicate that students are waiting for the Class 10 and Class 12 timetable, with the board expected to announce the schedule soon.
Until the official notification is published, students should treat all tentative dates as unofficial.
CBSE Board Exam 2027: What Will the Date Sheet Include?
The official CBSE date sheet is expected to provide important information needed by students to plan their preparation and examination-day arrangements.
The timetable is expected to include:
- Class 10 board examination dates
- Class 12 board examination dates
- Subject-wise examination schedule
- Subject codes
- Examination timings
- Main examination schedule

- Identify subjects requiring additional preparation
- Schedule mock tests
- Plan practical and project-related work
- Avoid confusion regarding examination dates
- Arrange travel and examination-day requirements
- Check reporting and examination timings
CBSE has previously emphasised that the timetable helps students and schools plan academic and administrative activities effectively.

CBSE Date Sheet 2027 LIVE: What Students Should Do Now
Students do not need to wait for the official date sheet before beginning their preparation.
With the examination schedule approaching, students should complete their syllabus, revise important chapters and practise questions regularly.
A practical preparation strategy can include:
First, complete the syllabus: Avoid leaving major chapters for the final weeks.
Second, identify weak subjects: Give additional time to topics where performance is currently low.
Third, practise sample papers: Solving papers under timed conditions can improve speed and answer-writing skills.
